Our experience
Many years ago, too many to mention, I bought a Wire Fox Terrier and my introduction to hand stripping began, I then added a Bouvier de Flandres to the family and learnt how to groom dogs with clippers. I loved doing this so much I booked on a City and Guilds grooming course and learnt how to groom to breed standard a variety of different dog breeds. I launched my own dog grooming business in the UK in 2016. Having moved to the Isle of Man to take care of my father, I have created a lovely salon to launch my dog grooming business in this beautiful island.
The Salon
The salon has been specially designed using the garage at the home I live. We used a gorgeous natural back drop to help reduce the clinical atmosphere for the dogs. All of our equipment is designed for dog and cat grooming, and the salon and equipment is disinfected and sterilised after every groom. We try and make the experience fun and enjoyable for your pet, only grooming one dog at a time, there are no cages to keep animals in while they wait for their turn. We may take a little longer to complete our grooms, but we like a relaxed and stress free environment, and if your dog is getting stressed, we will take a break and play for a while to calm your dog down.
